Uwe Baltrusch was the replacement for Reiner Kelch who left due to musical differences. Uwe was briefly known as Mark Kaye on ‘The Principle of Doubt’ but everyone, with the exception of Jörg Michael, dropped their pseudonym on the following release. When Frank Fricke left the project after ‘The Principle of Doubt’, Uwe took over all guitar duties until the band’s long hiatus started after the release of ‘Pictures at an Exhibition’. Nowadays Uwe is busy as a fulltime sound engineer with his own studio.
